Daft Punk’s Ex Manager Busy P Slams Disney
Daft Punk’s always outspoken ex manager Busy P has slammed Disney for their part in putting together the forthcoming Tron: Legacy remix soundtrack.
Busy P who himself is DJ and producer as well as being the band’s manager for almost 12 years talked about the Disney failures on his official website.
He went on record and we’re sure he’s well informed as saying he is “100% sure Daft Punk were not involved in this side project”
The album itself ‘Tron: Legacy R3CONFIGUR3D’ is due for release in early April and has tracks featuring M83, Boyz Noise and Moby.
Busy P condemned Disney for the choice of remixes and was scathing with his words “A Masterpiece like the Tron soundtrack deserved the best and I am sad to discover the A&R at Disney is apparently buying most of its electronic music in airport stores”
