Rihanna’s personal trainer revealed this week that his famous client is determined to go the extra mile to maintain the stunning physique shown of on thousands of music t-shirts – making her lifestyle fit around her training sessions, rather than vice versa.

The ‘California King Bed’ singer will get up whenever she needs to in order to keep up with her punishing fitness schedule, said trainer Ary Nunez.

“Rihanna trains as much as she can, whenever she can,” she said.
“This could be every day or three times a week. Her work schedule is extremely demanding, so thank goodness she’s naturally a hard-working person. We make time and find time – whether it is at 4am or 9am.”

In the interview with Star magazine, Ms Nuez also revealed that Rihanna even manages to have a workout during hair or make-up sessions, saying: “We always squeeze it in.”

As might be expected of a 23-year-old, she also said that although Rihanna works hard, she is naturally in good health and good shape.

“Her physique is the epitome of classic beauty, it’s feminine, strong, agile, poetic and versatile,” Ms Nunez declared.
